Other Housekeeping Tips

  • PLEASE have your company bio and all of your requested files for attachment organized and ready to submit BEFORE you fill out this questionnaire. Those are required fields and you will be unable to submit this questionnaire without them. Getting all of your information at once will help us stay organized and streamlined so we can start your campaign as quickly as possible.

  • If your Carrot website OR your Facebook page does not have at least ten pictures of houses that you have bought/sold or that represent houses within your locale then you will need to supply ten pictures so we can create your remarketing campaign. Please make sure the pictures are small to medium sized. Also, in order to do remarketing, we require that you have a logo as well. If you do not currently have a logo you can obtain one cheaply on https://www.fiverr.com/ . Their logos cost $30-$50 and they do quality work.

  • If you need us to integrate with your CRM (other than Podio), please email support@wholesalingppc.com with instructions to do so.

  • We will be emailing you an invoice to be prepaid for the first month’s services immediately after campaign launch. We can pay that first invoice for you with the credit card information you have provided us or we will send it to you to pay; due upon receipt. If you want us to pay the 1st invoice for you please answer yes in the box provided below. After that we will send you an invoice every month on the same date until the end of your contract to be paid by you.

  • If your Carrot site is already well built out, you do not need to include photos or bio images/information and can ignore our form questions about them.

  • After the first month (if you answered yes below), we won’t charge your credit card directly at all for our services, but we do need it to setup your Google Ads Account. If you want to provide it via phone versus the form, that’s okay too, just let us know. You will be billed from Google Ads in either $350 or $500 increments. We will send invoices every month on the same date as your launch date until the end of your campaign.
